Why Accounting?

I chose accounting because it is a very broad concept that is not limited to a specific occupation.  It is efficient and greatly utilized within our economy and allows for one to explore various careers. 

Why Howard University?

I knew HU was the correct choice for me when I realized that there is a school of business that directly teaches and prepares future business leaders.  I thought it was very interesting to have specific schools for the different careers. 

What are you looking forward to in the next 4 years in relation to our accounting program?

I am looking forward to the opportunities that will be provided! I hear a lot about the internships and other opportunities that are offered to students and I know that it has greatly helped them along their paths.  I hope for those same opportunities.
