The Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching (ECDC) is initially a live 5-day virtual training and is followed by a 2-month process of peer coaching and practicum work. This exclusive program is designed for professionals who want to develop successful coaching competencies, diversity and inclusion integration, and leadership skills for use with individuals, teams, or an entire organization. This executive certification program is a partnership between the Howard University School of Business and the award-winning Coach Diversity Institute. The Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching (ECDC) is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

The program consists of 5 days of live virtual instruction, and 15 hours of follow-up peer & mentor coaching.
