Class of 2024

Who am I: 

I am a Junior Accounting Major at Howard University, originally from Miami, FL.  I chose accounting because I love both business and numbers. 

Why I chose Accounting:

For the most part of my life I've been exposed to the business world through my aunt and uncle.  They were bankers, now accountants.  Through their experiences and conversations we've had I formed a love for business, especially the mathematical side of it. 

Short-Term Goals: 

In the next five years, I plan to pursue a Master's of Law in International Economics Law, Business and Policy at Stanford University and to begin taking the CPA exam.

Long-Term Goals:

Long term, I envision myself working either for the government or a major accounting firm as a forensic accountant.
