Master of Science in Finance | Graduate

The Master of Science in Finance [MSF] Degree Program will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in business and advance in careers in Finance.

In this intensive specialized graduate program, students learn to analyze and solve complex finance and investment problems and practical issues in the areas of corporate finance, financial market and institutions, financial modeling, investment analysis, portfolio management or derivatives and risk management, financial engineering, and financial policy and strategy. This program is intended for graduate students interested in careers in corporate finance, asset management, and financial markets and institutions.

The Master of Science in Finance is a one-year program and begins in the summer or fall semester and ends by the subsequent spring semester.  Application deadlines are as follows:

  • April 1st (Summer Admission)
  • June 1st (Fall Admission)

Admission Requirements

  • Application for Admission with a $83.00 non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcript showing the award of a bachelor’s degree
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Personal Statement 
  • The ideal applicant has 1-3 years of experience
  • Preferred undergraduate majors include Finance, Economics, and Accounting.
  • GPA requirement is 3.0 or higher
