Howard University + Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification (ECC) Program
The Howard University Office of Executive Education and The Sherpa Library are bringing back the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification Program, introducing participants to the fundamentals of executive coaching, offering real-world experience with a practicum client, and preparing leaders at every level to help achieve lasting success. The Executive Coaching Certification Program is designed for aspiring coaches, organizational leaders, HR professionals, and consultants.
Participants earn the Certified Sherpa Coach (CSC) designation and a Certificate of Program Completion from Howard University and The Sherpa Library. The program consists of 60 hours of instruction from world-renowned faculty and a 90-day practicum delivered on campus at the Howard University School of Business, June 22-26, 2026, and virtually August 3-6, 2026.
